Frequently Asked Questions:

Availability

  • Q: Can I see your work in a gallery?

A: I sell directly to my clients in order keep my prices as low as possible, which means that I do not have gallery representation. However, I fully understand wanting to see artwork in person, and will do my best to arrange a time for you to see the work locally in Atlanta.

  • Q: Do you ship?

A: Yes! Please just reach out if you’re interested in having something shipped, and I will be happy to get a shipping quote for you.

  • Q: Do you do custom artwork?

A: Yes, I do have limited availability for commissioned work. Please fill out a commission request form if you have a project in mind, and I will get back to you asap.

  • Q: How long do custom pieces take?

A: This really depends on what you want, how big you want it, and what my schedule looks like at the time. Most requests do require a minimum lead time of a month, several months for larger oil paintings. If you have a tight time frame, please note that in your request.

Framing

  • Q: Do your paintings come with frames?

A: No, all artwork is sold unframed so that you get to decide what works best for your space. Most of my work wraps around the canvas edges, so they can be hung unframed if you prefer. I’ve shown in-room shots to help you visualize the end result as well and the scale of each piece. All spaces and frames pictured are just examples.

  • Q: What type of frame would you suggest?

A: I’m glad you asked! My paintings show nicely in simple floating frames that finish the art without taking away or fighting with it. I lean towards a gold frame to tie in with the gold leaf accents, but natural wood, dark wood or black are other options that work well with my color palette. Of course these are just a few suggestions and there’s no right or wrong answer! I suggest bringing a few photos of your space with you to your local frame shop so that they can help you make the best selection for your space.

Pricing

  • Q: How do you price your work?

A: Several factors are considered when pricing artwork, (ie materials, level of detail, time spent).

  • Q: I love your work, but original art is out of my price range right now. Do you sell prints?

A: Not yet, but I do plan to offer giclee prints in the near future - stay tuned for updates! (Feel free to send me a message if you’re interested in prints, especially if there’s something specific you’d like a print of.) Also, keep your eye out for my “small studies”. These are offered at a lower price point than larger work, and still add something unique to your space.

  • Q: Do you work with decorators?

  • A: Absolutely, I love working with decorators! Just sign up for my mailing list and be sure to note that you’re a decorator & the name of your company.
